Daffodil Way – This is the famous 10 mile circular walk established by the Windcross Paths Group in 1988. Superimposed here on the 1903 O.S. Map this gives you a guide through our heritage landscape, en route revealing the surprisingly few developments of the C.20th.

Wild Daffodil Project

Kempley Walk from Queens Wood F.C. Car Park 2 miles c.30mins

Easy walking for all the family. This is a temporary trail through woodland, fields and areas managed and replanted by the Project since 2005.

Continue 1 mile along the road into Kempley to the parish church of St Edwards, and a further mile to the Friends managed Heritage site of St Mary's.

[Over Daffodil Weekend (3rd Sunday in March) the Village Hall hosts Teas and Refreshments, stalls and walking tours. Every 20-30 mins the Daff'n'Ride bus (with disabled access) returns you to Queens Wood car park.

11am 6 Mile Walk – with Foresters –an informative hike, bring lunch

2pm Wildlife Walk 4-5 miles around the fields and woods

2.30pm Landscape History Amble – a 40 minute stroll revealing the built and landscape history of Kempley – and visiting the SSSI Kempley Daffodil Meadow.
